Oneness Generation · An international community
Room to be
you.
Camps, weekends away, and regular gatherings to explore inner freedom and build lasting friendships.
We’re young people exploring inner freedom: learning to dissolve stress and live with more connection, clarity, and joy. We meet in person and online to spend time together and understand what’s going on in our lives.

Something in common.
A little glimpse of us
See us
being us.
Someone had an idea.
Friends got involved.
This is what happened.
Our Summer Camp ’26 crew in Sweden made their own “Beauty and a Beat” music video. It probably says more about us than another paragraph could.

Life together
When we
get together.
We spend a lot of time together at camp, whether we’re in a session, out for a walk, or sitting down to eat. Our weekend getaways are another chance to catch up and welcome people who are new to OG.

Pass the food.
Stay for the conversation.
You get to know people over meals, too. There’s plenty to talk about when everyone comes from somewhere different.

Make a weekend
of it.
In Utah, we spent a weekend on Powder Mountain. Here are some of the photos we brought back.

Have an idea?
Bring it.
You can help run a game or make something with the group, like our camp music video. If you’d like to take on more responsibility, ask us how to get involved.
At the heart of OG
Inner freedom.
It’s why we’re here.
Stress can follow us from school or work into the rest of our day. We want to understand why that happens, and what it takes to be free of it.
By inner freedom, we mean learning to dissolve stress, rather than manage it, run away from it, or get caught up in it. Oneness teachings and meditation help us examine the habits of mind that keep us stuck. We talk about how those patterns show up in our own lives.
OG is part of the Oneness Movement ↗, co-founded by spiritual teachers Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji.

The spiritual side · A quick FAQ
Curious about the sessions?
No previous experience needed. We introduce the core teaching to newcomers before the sessions begin.
What does a spiritual session look like?
After an introduction, we watch a teaching video from Sri Preethaji or Sri Krishnaji. The facilitator talks through it with examples, then we discuss it as a group. The session ends with a meditation.
The discussion format varies. You might be asked whether you’ve noticed something similar in your own life.
Are spiritual sessions part of every event?
Yes. Spiritual sessions are part of every OG camp and weekend, alongside meals and activities. The spiritual program is set in advance; local organizers don’t choose the teachings.
Online events and streams have their own formats. Check the event information to see what’s included.
Do I have to share personal things?
We encourage you to be honest about how you’re feeling. That doesn’t mean you have to share sensitive experiences or private details.
If something feels confusing or uncomfortable, speak with the organizer. They can help or connect you with someone who can.
What is a “meditation process”?
Some events include a guided meditation journey with music. These processes explore our connection with each other, patterns of the mind that keep us suffering, and life beyond those patterns.
They have a spiritual dimension, including connection with what people may call the divine, universal intelligence, or God. Each person’s experience is different.
Do I need to share a particular belief?
OG draws on the teachings and practices of the Oneness Movement. Oneness describes participation as not requiring a change of faith or a new belief. Our spiritual roots are part of the experience, and you’re welcome to ask about them before deciding.
